Do I really not have to install anything?
Not on the device you are printing from, and that is the whole trick. You add EZPrint as a printer once and it behaves like any printer you have ever used. The only install is a small app on one computer at home, so your printer can hear us.
Do I need to change anything on my router?
Nope. No settings to dig through, nothing to open up, no part of your home network left exposed. Leave it exactly as it is.
Can I print from my phone?
Yes. Open EZPrint in your phone browser, choose a file, choose a printer, done. Ideal for boarding passes, forms and tickets. It will not show up in the normal phone Print menu, because phones only look for printers in the same room as you.
What happens to my documents?
They are deleted as soon as they have printed. Nobody at EZPrint reads them, they are never indexed, and they are never used to train anything.
What if the computer at home is switched off?
Your job waits politely in the queue and prints the moment everything wakes up again. You can watch it sitting there in your dashboard, and cancel it if you change your mind.
Which printers work?
If the computer at home can already print to it, EZPrint can too. Laser, inkjet, label printers, that ancient one in the garage. All of them are fine.
How secure is my printer link?
Treat it like a password: whoever has it can print. It is long, random, and only ever travels encrypted. Reset it in one click if you ever share it by mistake, and you can put a username and password on top.
Can I cancel whenever I like?
Any time. No phone call, no retention speech. Your printers keep working until the end of the month you have paid for.
